1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we use different warehouses in widely distributed locations so that we can handle worldwide shipping.

2. How long are the shipping times?

Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 - 4 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 8 - 18 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. 

3. When will my order be shipped?

We fulfill orders and ship them 1-4 business days after payment.

4. My order has not arrived yet.

In case your order is taking too long due to an uncommon logistical problem, we encourage you to send us an email so we can provide you further information about your order.

5. How secure is my payment?

We use Paypal checkouts, one of the safest payment gateways available today. You are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.

6. How do I change or cancel my order?

We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Send us an email before the first 24 hours after placing your order and we can make a change, otherwise we are unable to change the order.

7. Why has my order arrived but in two different packages/days?

Our warehouses are located in different locations with the purpose to reach more people and being able to deliver worldwide shipping, so some products may arrive before others. Don't worry, it will be delivered within a few days.

8. My order arrived but it is damaged

In that case, we will send you another one totally free or provide a refund.
